As CCSW stands with you, it is also important to TAKE TIME TO remember those who have fallen.  The board of directors of ccsw have made the decision because of its outstanding growth of membership to increase the member death benefit from $1,000 to $2,000 effective january 1, 2019. 

the increase in this member benefit will include past, present, and future members starting january 1, 2019. make sure that you have selected your benefactor and that you are a dues paying member!

the only exclusions to this benefit are as follows:

1.  SUICIDE

2.  WHILE IN THE ACT OF COMMITTING A CRIME WHICH RESULTS IN DEATH

THERE IS NO MEDICAL UNDERWRITING BECAUSE THIS IS A SELF-FUNDED MEMBER BENEFIT PROVIDED BY CCSW FOR ITS MEMBERS’ benefactors.
